Cindy Larimore
Artist
She/Her
I am owner/artist of Art by C. Lari in Chesterfield MO. (St. Louis). I create colorful reverse mixed media paintings on glass or plexiglass—painted backwards! I layer details, texture, and color from front to back. You view the finished piece through the clear front, giving it a dimensional pop.
The Mission behind my art is "I create vibrant art for people who feel deeply and want to brighten their corner of the world. With bold colors, loving hearts, and a whole lot of good vibes, my art is here to lift spirits, spread love, and remind us all to live life heart first."
I am an avid fan of any organizations that promote art education/experience for the community. I think it is vital in today’s world to have that creative outlet. Studies have been done that show how important it is for our anxiety levels to have a creative outlet. I think there is an artist inside all of us that is just waiting to come out organizations like Access Art gives people the opportunity to explore that creativity.
