He sees Access Arts as more than just an arts organization; it is a catalyst for positive change and community development. Jake worked as General Counsel for the Missouri State Employees Retirement System in Jefferson City. He was the system’s legal counsel for 23 years, and he retired in 2018.
Jake has been interested in painting with acrylic oils for years but got way more productive with it since retirement.
